The Programming organization develops the framework under which Sola operates, by developing a unique curriculum, curating the very best of resources, managing our talent, and operating the Ideas Lab - a place where problems and attempted solutions are documented in all of their glory for the innovators of future generations to pick up right where others left off.
Programming Chair.
As Programming Chair, your job is to oversee Curation, Curriculum, Talent Management, and the Sola Ideas Lab. You will direct all resource acquisition and content creation to closely align with our organizational values, while elevating the knowledge and skillsets of our members in the most impactful way possible.
Curriculum Director.
As Curriculum Director, you will be developing learning objectives, and leading programming initiatives for our members and our staff. The goal of the Sola curriculum should be to foster innovation and creativity while elevating the knowledge and skillsets of our global community.
Curation Lead.
The Curation Lead will be researching and acquiring resources for our community of entrepreneurs, social innovators, staff, and partners to benefit from. A key tenet of your work will be improving the accessibility of valuable resources for members of our global community who are otherwise unexposed to them.
Talent Manager.
The Talent Manager collaborates with, recruits, hires, and maintains strong working relationships with Afghan creatives across industries. This position requires peak communication skills, some form of experience with creative industry talent acquisition, and a willingness to network extensively with the Afghan community!
Ideas Lab Director.
The Ideas Lab Director acts as the primary manager of the Sola Ideas Lab. You will be responsible for curating and managing a digital archive documenting the history of social innovation in Afghanistan, researching solutions, posing problems, and designing challenges that encourage our innovators to always push the envelope.
