Full Charge Bookkeeper.
We are looking to hire an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle our organization’s accounts. You will be responsible for managing our accounting records, bank accounts, and upholding our financial targets by comparing day to day spending to the annual budget.
To ensure success as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, excellent project management skills, and a good eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the financial strategist to connect day to day spending to high level budget and document spending accordingly
Prepare tax documents, quarterly/annual reviews, monitor accounts and spending at functional level
Determine opportunities to reduce spending and maintain fiscal goals; present to team(s)
Advise functional groups, global hubs, and smaller teams on spending and fiscal allocations
