Fundraising Lead.
We are searching for an experienced Fundraising Lead with a natural leadership tendency, excellent communication skills and professional networking abilities. The Fundraising Lead will be developing a strategy to meet our annual fundraising targets, by reaching out to donors, firms, and individuals to contribute to our cause.
A successful Fundraising Lead will have experience with preparing sponsorship packages and raising donor money for other non profit organizations, especially useful if the campaign involved Afghan individuals and small businesses. We are looking for someone who is a confident presenter and persuasive negotiator, and will make an excellent representation of our organization to potential donors.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an annual fundraising strategy; organize with functional groups to implement action items
Prepare, maintain, and update sponsorship package with new organizational goals and statistics
Research and approach potential investors, grants, and financial aid opportunities
Work with administrative financial officer to determine annual and quarterly fundraising targets
