Operations Chair.
As our Operations Chair, you will head your own department, with Logistics, Administration, and Global Hub Directors reporting directly to you. Your main responsibility is to ensure Sola Summit takes place smoothly, by aligning all Global Hubs to the same goals, vision, and responsibilities. The Global Hubs are branches of our organization in parts of the world with significant Afghan populations, operated by the local community there. You will ensure that our organizational image is consistent through every outlet in which we operate!
Who we are looking for:
If you are an organized individual, with strong leadership and people management skills, and are passionate about rehabilitating Afghanistan - this might be the role for you! A good Operations Chair will have experience managing cross-functional teams, event or logistics planning, and be excellent at presenting lots of information in an accessible manner, through executive summaries and slide decks.
