Programming Chair.
As our Programming Chair, you will head your own department, with Curriculum, Curation, Talent Management, and the Ideas Lab reporting directly to you. The Ideas Lab is an archive of problems and their ideated solutions, with the history of that problem, teams that tried to work on it, reasons it failed, and so on. It’s also a place where half baked ideas come to fruition.
Legal, Partner Relations, and Advisor Relations reporting directly to you. Your role will involve developing a framework for the Global Hubs to follow that aligns with our organizational goals. You will lead the team in direct contact with our sponsors and partners, in the form of other NGOs, investors, beneficiaries, and educational institutions amongst others. You will work very closely with the entire organization, to ensure our organizational strategy is translated into every facet, including public communications, marketing content, summit programming, and others.
Who we are looking for:
If you are an action-oriented, organized individual that shines in chaos. You are passionate about rehabilitating Afghanistan - this might be the role for you! A good Programming Chair will have experience doing client relations and vision planning for other initiatives and organizations, and be excellent at communicating their vision in a way that is accessible to a large, cross-functional team.
